This module will teach you to differentiate between personality disorders and other diagnoses of psychiatric illness, through taking appropriate history, mental status examination and assessing the various risk factors and co-morbid psychiatric conditions. You will be able to formulate an appropriate management plan in order to help alleviate the patient’s distress and help them become less of a risk to themselves and improve their interaction with others.
